Measured flat, in inches and centimetres, straight from the supplier. Including the tolerance they admit to.
The fastest way to get it right
Take a t-shirt you already own and like the fit of. Lay it flat, smooth out the wrinkles, and measure it. Compare those three numbers to the table below.
It beats measuring your body, because a garment measured flat tells you how it will actually sit — which is the thing you are trying to find out.
- A Length — from the highest point of the shoulder straight down to the hem.
- B Width — across the chest, one inch below the armhole, seam to seam.
- C Sleeve — from the centre of the collar to the end of the sleeve.

Measurements can vary by up to 2″ (5 cm). That figure comes from the supplier, not from us, and garment dyeing is part of why — the cloth moves in the dye bath. We would rather print it here than have you discover it on arrival.
Between two sizes?
The cut is relaxed and true to size. If you are between two, take the smaller one for a closer fit and the larger one if you wear your tees loose — the extra inch lands in the body, not the shoulders.
Still unsure, write to us. One person reads it, and answering a sizing question before you order is cheaper for everyone than a return afterwards.
