Description

The crest reads like the sign over a workshop: a script name, a date, and three things the place claims to do. Tuning, paint, variance. Two of those can be fixed with a spanner.

The date is invented and we would rather say so: there was no 89 Suited in 1926, and the label moved nowhere in 2026 except onto shirts. It is a garage that never existed, drawn the way small ones actually signed themselves — before the internet decided every logo should be a circle.

Printed on a garment-dyed blank. The dye goes in after the shirt is sewn, so the colour sits a little uneven along the seams and softens with washing instead of going patchy at the shoulders.

Four dark colours. Black is a true black. Graphite is a warm dark grey. Midnight is a blue-grey, the colour of a workshop at dusk. True Navy is deeper and cleaner, the closest thing here to a uniform.
